About Sam
Sam has been working with Smith and Associates since 2008 and during that time has covered a lot of different positions. From leasing and property management to sales and developer/builder services he has experience working with nearly every aspect of residential real estate.
Over the last 3 years Sam has been finishing the sales process at Grand Central at Kennedy a mixed-use development of 392 homes in the heart of downtown Tampa. During his time at Grand Central the community has seen significantly higher sales and prices/sq ft.
Born and raised in South Tampa Sam Chandler has unparalleled knowledge of the area. He attended USF where he graduated Cum Laude receiving a B.A. in Economics.
A great love of the outdoors and animals is a large part of what drive Sam’s volunteer activities. Sam is a proud supporter of The Humane Society of Tampa Bay where he adopted his lovable American Staffordshire Terrier Mix, Bella. Having spent much of his life on the waters of Tampa Bay Sam has participated in many of the area cleanups and supports foundations like Tampa Bay Esturary Program which seek to keep our waters healthy and clean.
Sam joined the Smith and Associates team after working with some of our esteemed sales associates and learning the ropes of the real estate business. Sam believes that the keys to success are strong data driven marketing, knowledge about the Bay area, and an understanding of his client's needs. The combination of these principles and hard work lead to the satisfaction of Sam’s Clients whether he is helping them to find or sell a home.
